Step 1: Prepare potatoes
Peel the potatoes and then cut them into small pieces.
Step 2: Steam and mash the potatoes
Put the potatoes in a steamer for about 30 - 35 minutes until cooked. Then use a spoon to mash the potatoes.
Step 3: Knead the dough
Add flour, 1 egg to the mashed potatoes and mix until the mixture is well blended. Then knead the dough into a smooth, elastic mass and divide the dough into 4 parts.
Step 4: Knead the dough
Shape the dough into long strips about 1.5cm in diameter. Then cut the dough into small pieces about 2 - 2.5cm long.
Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
Step 5: Boil the dough
Put the pot of water on the stove and cook the flour until it is cooked, when the flour floats, scoop it out.
Step 6: Saute the gnocchi
Saute gnocchi with unsalted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic and parsley, season and sprinkle with parmesan cheese on top, then turn off the heat and it's done.
